CO2 sequestration. Some pilot plants and nothing more: the old absorption process with mono- or di-ethanol-ammine . But describing these systems is called “clean coal” or “zero emissions”. Really what is the link between “CO2 sequestration” and “clean coal”? Hence comes a question: not that the problem of global warming is used to divert attention from pollution by SOx, NOx, unburned hydrocarbons, heavy metals and particulate? Are not they released by coal combustion if we capture CO2?
M.Sc. in “Energy Engineering (En2)” has started on Sept 2015 receiving the heritage of previous M.Sc. in Environmental & Energy Engineering (En3) that will no longer be available
It's possible to download a Slide presentation of the Energy Engineering Course (Ver. 2018). The Course Flyer is also available for a concise description of what En2 offers to its Students
